About the Role

As Chief Operating Officer, you will be the key driver of operational excellence across all departments. You'll be building a team, refining our processes, and leading with an upbeat, solutions-first attitude. This is not a "stay in your lane" kind of job we're looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and work side-by-side with every department to deliver on Trebro's promise of quality, innovation, and service.

What You'll Do

Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and service Foster a proactive, no-excuses culture where "that's not my job" doesn't exist Collaborate with ownership and leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives Champion continuous improvement in process, people, and product Help scale our operations to meet growing global demand Support the development and retention of a high-performing team Keep your boots on the ground actively engaged with plant, product, and people

What You Bring

Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or operational management Experience in agricultural equipment, sod harvesting, or farming a big plus Strong people skills approachable, motivating, and solution-oriented A hands-on mindset with the ability to think strategically and act tactically Commitment to quality, accountability, and innovation
