We are looking for a Salesforce Analyst that serves as a strategic leader. This role is pivotal in driving enterprise-wide CRM strategy, establishing governance standards, and enhancing data and integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities May Include
- Platform Administration : Develop and enforce governance frameworks for CRM platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Lead centers of excellence and specialized teams to manage platform configuration, administration, and user support across diverse units and regions.
- Data Management : Create and implement enterprise-level data strategies to support integration, analytics, and reporting, using advanced modeling and governance techniques.
- Troubleshooting : Design robust incident response and escalation procedures to quickly resolve critical platform issues and minimize disruptions. Utilize predictive analytics and monitoring tools to proactively identify and prevent system failures.
- Training : Deliver high-level training sessions and workshops on CRM strategy and innovation for senior executives. Launch mentorship programs to develop emerging CRM talent.
- Process Improvement : Spearhead organization-wide process transformation and change management efforts to enhance agility, scalability, and customer focus. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and execute strategic initiatives.
- Platform Updates : Develop and manage long-term roadmaps for CRM platform enhancements, aligning investments with business goals and market developments. Engage with Salesforce and industry forums to influence product direction.
- Integration Support : Design and oversee advanced integration architectures and API ecosystems to ensure seamless data flow across systems. Build strategic vendor relationships to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies that expand CRM capabilities.

Technical Expertise :Advanced SQL proficiency

Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience : 7+ years working with SalesforceEducation & Certification :Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related field
Salesforce Sales Cloud certification requiredMaster's degree in a related discipline requiredCompensation : $130,000-150,000.
