$3,000 - Signing Bonus

  • $200 - Quarterly Safety Bonus

Primary hauling responsibilities include :

Flatbed for lumber

  • Logs from deep wooded areas
  • Walking floor trailers for mulch

    • We have positions available for Part-Time or Full-Time

    1st and 2nd shifts available, working 10-12 hours shifts

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

    Be the Face of IPC on the Road

    Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.

  • Build relationships with our customers and make sure they get the service and product they deserve on time, every time .
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with your dispatch team and crewbecause teamwork doesn't stop at the dock.

    • Own Your Truck, Own the Job

    Take care of your truck like it's your ownclean, fueled, and safe.

  • Keep it legal, keep it safe DOT compliance and safety first , always.
  • Check loads, secure them, and double-check them. You're the last line before that product hits the customer.

    • Live the Culture

    Bring good energy to work every day. No egos. No drama.

  • Help us build a team that supports each other, trusts each other, and has each other's backs .
  • Speak up when something's off. Fix it when you can. Ask for help when you need it.

    • WHO YOU ARE :

    You've got a valid CDL (Class A) and a safe driving record.

  • You're Reliable, respectful, and ready to work . You don't need someone chasing you downyou show up and own it.
  • You're not afraid to get a little dirty , help with loading, and be part of a bigger mission.
  • You care about people , not just pallets.
  • You're comfortable with some on-call expectations we hustle when needed.
  • You're looking to grow not just clock in and clock out.
