Maintenance Engineer- Night Shift 2,000 sign on bonus

What You Will Do

• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer\'s instructions, and engineering specifications; and troubleshooting malfunctions
• Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance
• Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
• Proficient in process instrumentation, including troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and calibration
• Read, understand, and troubleshoot using electrical schematics
• General electrical troubleshooting of 24v, 110v, 220v and 480v systems
• Understand the theory behind process flow
