Payroll Specialist

Compensation : The annual base salary range for this role is from $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 and we have Signing Bonus too that is negotiable. An incentive bonus is awarded to eligible employees upon attaining various business and individual goals as defined by the Company and the department leader. This incentive bonus is discretionary, and the Company has sole discretion to determine the amount of the award and our benefits includes Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, Retirement, Paid Time Off.

Must-Have :

• 2 years of experience in payroll or related payroll / human resource experience is also preferred.
• Experience with Kronos and Workday is a plus.
• bility to work in an onsite setting.

Job Summary : While reporting to the Payroll Supervisor / Associate Manager, you will be responsible for performing assigned duties regarding the processing of hourly and salaried payrolls for the Company's US and Canadian operations, assuring that payrolls are timely, accurate and in compliance with Company policies and Federal, State and Local regulatory requirements. You will perform payroll accounting activities to ensure ledger postings are complete and accurate; prepare payroll tax, liens, garnishments, 401(k) and other reconciliations. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in beautiful Hartsville, SC-29550 and 100% onsite out of Hartsville, SC-29550. Possibility of being Hybrid once training period is over, but must resides close or near Hartsville or open to relocation. This is a progression position and could be a level I, II or III. Compensation and progression level will be based on candidate's experience and education, and current business needs.
