Job Title : Travel Registered Nurse – Case Management

Location : Pennington, NJ (Mercer County, 08534)

Healthcare Setting : On-site clinical facility

Contract Duration : 13-week travel nursing contract

Weekly Hours : 36 hours per week

Shift Schedule : 7 : 30am - 8pm or 8am - 8 : 30pm

Weekend / Holiday Coverage : Every third weekend & one holiday per season

Start Date : October 20, 2025

Hourly Pay Rate : $88.35

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1990 - $2130

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey

At least two years of clinical experience in case management and utilization review

Ability to work independently and provide immediate support in a fast-paced healthcare setting

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Case Management Nurse Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive case management and utilization review for assigned patients

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Ensure appropriate resource utilization and facilitate safe, timely patient discharges

Accurately document all case management activities and patient interactions

Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday coverage as required
