Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of software engineers to develop innovative real-time user mode drivers for GPUs and display technologies

Create and manage team strategy, roadmaps, and schedules while providing architectural guidance

Collaborate with hardware teams and mentor team members for professional development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience in the embedded domain, with at least 5 years in leadership roles

Deep understanding of SoC principles, operating systems, and device drivers

Experience in device drivers and firmware development on Linux or QNX

Strong software development skills in C and C++ with a proven leadership track record
