Senior Product Counsel

A company is looking for a Product Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal guidance on product-related issues, including privacy and intellectual property

Advise product and engineering teams on legal compliance and new product features

Draft and update legal documents such as user agreements and privacy policies

Required Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or technology company

J.D. from an accredited law school and active good standing with at least one state bar

Knowledge of technology law, privacy law, and educational policies

Practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving

Ability to communicate complex legal topics clearly to non-legal team members
