Job description

Manual Machine Saw Operators

We are currently seeking a candidate who is comfortable in a manufacturing environment for a client in Salem, Ohio!

In this position, you will be working with a fabrication company that makes products for the aerospace and military industries, as well as others. Do they sound like a good fit for you? Read on!

Shift

  • 1st Shift Monday - Friday, 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm
  • Overtime available by staying 2 hours after shift end
  • 16 / hr based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Operation of various machines
  • Inspecting small parts
  • Using different measuring tools
  • Maintenance skills a PLUS!

    • Requirements

  • Knowledge and of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, etc.
  • Cut Materials : Precisely cut materials according to the specifications outlined in the blueprints.
  • Previous experience with calipers and micrometers a plus
  • Must have good attention to detail
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Must be able to pass a mathematics skills test
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment as a machine operator strongly preferred
