FULL-TIME FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Premise's mission is to help people get, stay, and be well. As a Part Time Fitness Specialis t , you'll provide care to client employees in our Wellness Center located in Ridgefield, CT . Schedule is flexible.

• Must have experience with teaching group exercise classes - preference in strength training
• Experience teaching virtually a plus

Guide, motivate and provide tools to participants so they may increase physical activity and create lasting behavioral change

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $23- $25.00 per hour.
