Position Summary :

The Inventory Control Specialist is a vital member of our team, responsible for ensuring that all products are accurately tracked and accounted for in our warehouse. This role involves conducting regular merchandise counts on the warehouse floor and verifying these counts against our database, helping to maintain precise inventory records. In addition, the specialist will deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers in selecting and retrieving products.

Essential Functions :

• Perform weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Navigate the warehouse efficiently to conduct counts across multiple departments.
• Utilize an LRT Gun to scan products and accurately record counted quantities.
• Organize and arrange products to facilitate accurate counting.
• Access security cages to count products as needed.
• Investigate discrepancies between physical counts and database records in our proprietary system (JSS).
• Operate a Scissor Lift for various inventory tasks when required.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service consistently.
• Help customers locate products and answer their questions with detailed information.
