We are looking for a Procurement Clerk to work with a GREAT company in Appleton, WI. As a Procurement Clerk, you will be part of the Procurement Operations team supporting the organization's purchasing and data management functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive communication, office skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift : Monday-Friday, Day Shift

What's the Job?

• Convert Procurement Requests into Purchase Orders and ensure accurate data entry into the Coupa system.
• Gather, track, and review procurement requests, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Escalate issues and concerns promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Support data improvement initiatives by utilizing Coupa catalogs as needed.
• Assist team members with data validation and entry tasks.
