General Laborer Warehouse Operations

About the Role

We're hiring a General Laborer to support warehouse operations in a clean, organized, and climate-controlled facility. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with experience in logistics or production who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail

Label products and perform final quality inspections to ensure standards are met

Assist with receiving freight, unpackaging materials, and checking inventory into the system

Assemble hoses and tubes for specialized military projects

Support various warehouse tasks including picking heads and general material handling

What You Bring

Experience in production, packaging, or order picking

Skilled with reach trucks, cherry pickers, and RF scanner guns

Familiarity with inventory software and cycle counting

Comfortable using a tape measure and basic hand tools

High School diploma required

Bonus skills : Prior experience as a Material Handler or Forklift Operator

Strong work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and quality

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, MN.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
