High Voltage Technician

A company is looking for a Technician, HV to supervise, install, and test High Voltage Cable systems.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee construction activities of civil and electrical contractors on specific projects

Install High Voltage Cable by pulling cables in conduits or laying them in open trenches

Perform after laying and commissioning tests on high voltage cable systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in supervising and installing High Voltage Cable systems

Knowledge of electrical and mechanical theory related to high voltage systems

Ability to work independently at remote sites

Technical knowledge of cable accessories and installation procedures

Experience in maintaining and improving installation equipment and tools
