Experienced Operations Manager

Seeking an experienced Operations Manager with at least 3 years of water / mold remediation. Carpet cleaning experience is a plus. Management experience is required. The primary duties include managing the remediation team, assessing properties to determine the extent of damage, water extraction, removing and replacing damaged materials, cleaning structures damaged by water, fire, mold, and other causes, job documentation, and adhering to safety standards required on each job.

Training & Growth : If updated certifications are needed, you will be provided both internal and external training events, and cross-training opportunities by the company. You will be able to develop the overall remediation team and company culture. As a selected team member, you are expected to grow over time with increasing productivity and support for each team member.

Training subjects include : job scoping, estimating, scheduling, and marketing.

Job Type : Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, employee discount, health insurance, paid time off, and professional development assistance. Supplemental pay types include bonus pay. Ability to commute / relocate : need to be able to work in the Savannah to Bluffton / Beaufort area. Experience : restoration (required). License / certification : WRT certification (preferred), OSHA 30 (preferred), Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response Training (preferred). Willingness to travel : 25% (preferred). Work location : in person. Compensation : $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
