Job Summary :

• Perform detailed inspections of all products, including in-line checks and ESD monitoring.
• Accurately identify and verify values, polarity, and orientation of thru-hole and SMT components.
• Apply full understanding of IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards for inspection accuracy.
• Use inspection and gauging tools to ensure products meet customer and IPC requirements.
• Read and interpret customer assembly drawings and bills of materials to confirm part numbers and specifications.
• Conduct periodic ESD compliance checks and identify various component packages (MELF, SOT, PLCC, etc.).
• Maintain high-quality work standards with accuracy, neatness, and accountability.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members, report quality issues, and suggest improvements.
• Meet qualifications : high school diploma / GED and 2–4 years of electronics inspection experience preferred.
• Work involves detailed visual tasks, manual dexterity, and prolonged standing or sitting in a controlled manufacturing environment.
