For nearly six decades, our Indianapolis, IN shop has powered mining, food production, and manufacturing with precision parts. We’re a 13-person team operating 20+ machines—including 3–5 axis mills and lathes with live tooling—backed by a healthy backlog and ongoing tech upgrades.

What You’ll Tackle
Program parts at the machine using MastercamSet up and operate 3-axis VMCs; support lathes and other equipment as neededRun first-articles and complete inspectionsDiagnose and resolve tooling, offset, and code issues on the flyWhere You’ll Thrive
