Must have skills :

• years of facilitation experience (new hire facilitation preferred but not necessary)

Virtual facilitation experience

Strong multi-tasking abilities

Flexible with change and agile when necessary to make sure classes are running smoothly

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Thrives working in a high-tech company

Proven ability to work independently and manage program logistics / communication

Can troubleshoot quickly with little to no support (if needed when on their own)

Teachable skills :

Learn Plus Plus platform abilities (a bonus)

Slack knowledge is a bonus
