Job Description The Supervisor, Video Investment is responsible for managing media portfolios of clients, as well as assisting in the creation and execution of media strategies and effectively communicating these strategies to clients. Also critical for this position is the development and management of a team of Video Associates, forging relationships with media partners, and applying these relationships to gain a deeper knowledge of the marketplace.
ResponsibilitiesVideo Activation- Oversees all Associate work/day-to-day operations and accuracy of all tasks across the Video Activation process:

- Negotiates total purchases across National Linear and Digital Video
- Leads preparation of tactical presentations and POVs for client(s) with Associate Director support
- Compiles planning cost estimates across portfolio for Associate Director review
- Oversees Associate(s) creation of consideration sets, buy specs/RFPs to send marketplace
- Oversees Associate(s) analysis of vendor plans for proper inventory placement and pricing
- Works with Planning Team to develop added value/marketing recommendations that offer brand value
- Oversees Associate(s) on stewardship tasks and optimization, such as season-to-date reporting
- Leads the post campaign posting process
- Conducts and compiles post analysis alongside Associate(s) - determines insights and implications of data
- Pro-actively identifies/resolves campaign execution issues
- Works with Planning/Analytics Team to develop regular campaign reporting on progress/results against key metrics
- Supports Associate(s) troubleshooting of billing, allocation and reporting problems
- Serve as main point of contact for Planning Team requests
- Cost information, creative questions or programming highlights
Additional Day-to-Day Tasks- Manages workload of and helps train Associate(s) to ensure proper team support and employee development
- Consistently keeps Associate Director updated on status of projects
- Attends client meetings as requested and provides timely follow-up to any internal/client requests
- Maintains understanding of clients' business needs and marketplace
- Remains up to date on current national video partner opportunities and offerings, including generation of innovative, new to market ideas
- Represents Video COE in internal and external discussions across key Video topics
QualificationsDemonstrated Skills and Knowledge- Working knowledge of all basic media systems/tools/processes (ie. MediaOcean, Prisma, Spectra/Media Bank)
- Experience with all areas of National Video, including Linear, OLV, CTV and Addressable
- Solid listening skills and takes notes during meetings, disseminates notes and follow-up as appropriate
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and can concisely explain complicated ideas and changes/differences in results
- Comfortable with presenting, in person and virtually, to client and internal teams
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, while delegating and managing work of Associate(s) appropriately
- Strong negotiating abilities
- Ability to work in a matrix (multi-supervisory) environment; can multi-task, manage one's time, and demonstrate personal organization and ability to meet deadlines (strong work ethic)
- Adherence to agency procedures (on-time and accurate timesheets, GDPs, 360 feedback)
- Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word
Experience- Minimum of 3+ years of linear media buying or activation experience
- Minimum of 1+ years digital experience
- 1+ years people management experience

Compensation Range: $75,050 - $107,835 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
