Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers who need automotive service or repairs
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer concerns and vehicle inspections
- Explain repair estimates and obtain customer approval for work to be performed
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Experience :
Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a Service Advisor or in a related roleKnowledge of auto body repair, suspension, diesel engine repair, brake repair, and other automotive servicesFamiliarity with dealership operations and proceduresStrong mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle systemsExcellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customersEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficient computer skills for entering and retrieving customer informationTekion and wiADVISOR experience a plusAvailable to work SaturdaysJob Type : Full-time
