• Apartment Turnovers & Make-Readies : Prepare apartments for new residents by conducting repairs, painting, and ensuring each unit meets high standards before move-in.
• Inspect and troubleshoot issues such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, repairing as needed.
