Evening Shift Differential : $2.00 / hour, Night Shift Differential : $2.50 / hour

Hours : 12 hour days or nights

SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Administer basic or advanced emergency medical care and assess injuries and illnesses. May administer medication intravenously, use equipment such as EKGs, or administer advanced life support to sick or injured individuals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) :

Current certification as a Paramedic or PHRN in the Commonwealth of PA or eligible for and completion of reciprocity process, if certified in another state. AHA BLS required within 6 months of hire

Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 30 days of start date.

Valid Driver's license or eligible for a Commonwealth of PA driver's license if out of state.

PA DOH EMSVO certification within 30 days of start date.

HazMat Awareness Training and NIMS (100, 200, 700, 800) required within 30 days of start date.

Must obtain Medical Command within 90 days of start date.
