We are offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus to hired Full Time candidates.

Pay Rate : $20.00 - $21.00 per hour ( Pay based on experience and MAP Certification. )

The NEEDS Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are currently hiring 7 Direct Care Support Professionals who will help the adults we serve live as independently as possible. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to start a meaningful career with a growing organization that offers training, support, and opportunities for advancement.

No experience is necessary. As a new employee, you are provided with a paid 7-day Orientation and will receive training on CPR / First Aid, Safety Care, and Medication Administration Program (MAP). You will also receive program-specific training at your work site.

Full-time and Part-time positions available in our residential homes in :

• Haverhill, MA : These positions are primarily either second shift, overnights, and / or weekends at one of our group residence homes.
