Job description

Overview

Heartlinks ABA is a growing, multi-state company owned and operated by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018. Our focus is on providing quality ABA therapy, primarily in homes, for infants through teenagers with autism spectrum disorder to develop essential communication, social interaction and behaviors as well as daily living skills.

Position

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid Position - $1,000.00 Sign On Bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community settings. Supervised directly by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.
  • Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
  • Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team and participate in ongoing program development.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
  • Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills; established management skills; ability to work well with others as part of a treatment team.
  • Proficient in systems such as Central Reach.
