Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM

Salary : $300,000–$310,000 annually

Overview :

We are seeking a Pediatrician Director to lead a pediatric department serving a diverse, largely underserved community. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this role combines clinical leadership, staff management, and strategic planning to ensure safe, high-quality, culturally responsive pediatric care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support pediatric providers and clinical staff
• Set clinical standards, workflows, and quality improvement goals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and best practice guidelines
• Use data and health statistics to guide decision-making and outcomes
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners
