This position is responsible answering IT help desk calls and logging cases into help desk software. Responsible for first level of support via remote connection by using established methods to analyze, diagnose and remediate issues with all end-user devices and services. Position also handles all the administrative assistant duties of the department.
Qualifications
Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with completion of specialized training in the field of work, in addition to basic skills typically associated with a high school education. Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver's license issued by the State of Georgia for the type of vehicle or equipment operated. CompTIA A+, Network +, or equivalent knowledge preferred. Selection process includes a criminal background check.
