Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive outpatient care across all ages.

• Conduct physical exams, assess health, and develop personalized care plans.
• Perform diagnostics, interpret results, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications : Active FNP or PA license in California, with preferred experience in primary care and proficiency in EMR / EHR systems. Strong clinical skills in chronic care, pediatrics, geriatrics, and patient assessment, along with excellent communication skills.
