Diesel Mechanic

$25-30 / hr. + Bonus Structure and Full Benefits Package

Job Summary :

The Mechanic will complete all repairs, preventative maintenance, programmed repairs and facility repairs to be in compliance with equipment / facility reliability and standards. Maintenance mechanic will report any foreseeable problems to the Shop Manager.

Essential Job Accountabilities :

• General mechanical knowledge including pumps, hydraulics and electrical
• Basic welding knowledge and experience
• Good assembly skills
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Basic intermediate computer skills
• Experience with work order execution
• Has own basic tools
• Experience with safety training
• Facility repair experience.
• Keep up with training and process needs, requirements.
• Problem solve and root case diagnosis
• Communicates well and works in clean orderly manner
• Diagnose and manage employees projects
• Schedule repairs and maintenance of equipment
• Other duties as assigned
• Work afternoon shift and overtime when available.
