Job descriptionEnter credit (SOMO) or sales entries (Fusion) to cover pricing issues, shipping / freight issues, and customer service problems. Enter credit for Vender Dealer Agreements - this can include credits on every check, monthly, quarterly, or yearly credits to certain dealers. Collect information from dealers, reps, and other employees at SOMO and Fusion. Then disperse to the correct people to make sure the information was approved or denied credit. Make sure all entries are being made to the correct GL codes and bank accounts. High school diploma or equivalent,. General computer skills. Previous experience with Cash Application, Deduction Management, or Collections is a plus. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stoop as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Follow general office safety guidelines

Cash Application Processing - Southern Motion and Fusion
- Cash entry - Cash, Checks, Wires, and ACH payment
- Cancel payments
- Sales entries - Intercompany exchanges, remove and / or add credits and invoices from or to AR
- Balance cash entry and send totals to the correct departments for review and reports to be run.
- Make sure all entries are being made to the correct GL codes and bank accounts.
