Job Objective

Provide Recruitment, Assessment, and Selection Support to Naval Special Warfare Group 8. Efforts will involve but are not limited to - supporting recruiting efforts ofNSWG-8 of active-duty candidates across the Navy, candidate application intake, tracking candidates throughout the screening process, en- route schools, retours, assessments / selections, scheduling / coordination with the enterprise's medical / psychological departments and subordinate screening commands, and coordination with Activity Manning Manager to request selected candidates' orders. The contractor support will be expected to produce detailed analytical products that will convey RAS program historical as well as future growth, billet projections / demand signal, trends analysis, surveys and screening timelines.
