Our Account Managers are responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a professional office environment, detail oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Establish and build customer relationshipsRespond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage and changesMaintain detailed records of customer conversations and policy changesStay informed on carrier products and industry standardsPrepare and maintain accurate summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposalsServe as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service issues and policy interpretationCollaborate with Producers in policy review and deliveryContact clients regarding outstanding receivables; invoices clients; reviews and accurately maintains accounting historyQualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in a professional customer service role, insurance experience a plus.Excellent customer service, analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft OfficeEPIC agency management system knowledge a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with excellent time management skillsStrong computer and technology skillsMust be able to work on-site in Pigeon Forge, TN M-F 8 : 30-5 or 8-4 : 30
