Your Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will :

• Plan, develop, and implement effective radiology operations and performance strategies.
• Ensure that our radiology services meet their mission and deliver high-quality studies.
• Maintain strong inter-organizational relationships and act as a liaison between radiology and other departments.
• Hire, train, and mentor a talented team of radiology professionals.
• Manage and monitor the annual operating, statistical, and capital budgets.
• Stay updated on regulations and laws affecting radiology services.
• Oversee Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions to ensure excellence.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have :

IEMA Licensed Radiologic Technologist or equivalent

Associate’s Degree in a related field or a Certificate in Radiologic Technology

At least 1 year in a management or lead role

Compensation and Benefits
