Marketing Compliance Senior Associate

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Marketing Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct reviews of marketing materials to ensure compliance with legal and securities legislation

Advise stakeholders on applicable requirements and risks associated with marketing practices

Draft promotional and contest materials for various products

Required Qualifications

3-4 years of experience as a law clerk, compliance officer, or in the legal field

2-3 years of marketing legal / compliance experience is an asset

Experience in the payments and / or securities industry

Organizational skills to manage tasks with fast turnaround times

Law clerk diploma is a nice to have
