Lead the Charge — Build the Future of Plumbing Excellence We're hiring a skilled and results-oriented Plumbing Service Manager to lead our residential plumbing team. This role calls for a proven leader with deep industry knowledge, strong management experience, and the drive to grow a department through innovation, strategy, and team development. Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the Plumbing team, promoting high-quality service delivery and accountability
• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize customer relationships
• Collaborate across departments to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service efficiency
• Provide technical guidance, support, and training to ensure team members remain industry leaders
• Oversee service standards and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Cultivate a customer-first mindset across the plumbing team
• Recruit, mentor, and develop technicians to foster team growth and performance
• Stay current with plumbing trends, technologies, and best practices
• Manage, track and deliver on daily KPI's
