Job Summary And Responsibilities Patient Assessment and Diagnosis : Conduct comprehensive health assessments. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Treatment Planning And Management Develop and implement patient care plans. Prescribe medications and therapies. Provide health promotion and disease prevention education. Collaboration And Consultation Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Consult with physicians and specialists as needed. Coordinate patient care across various settings.
