Job descriptionPrevious experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields Effective August 14, 1990, a person who has successfully completed a state established or other training program that meets the requirements of S 484.36(a) and a competency evaluation program, or state licensure program that meets the requirements of S 484.36(b), or a competency evaluation program or state licensure program that meets the requirements of S 484.36(b). Must be at least 18 years old Compassionate and caring demeanor Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order Ability to work well in teams and communicate well

We are seeking a Certified Nurses Aides to join our team! This is PArt -time positions for the West Valley. This position will grow to Full-Time.
Responsibilities :
- Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
- Perform personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, etc)
- Document care according to agency policy
- Assist in ambulation, transfers, range of motion as documented in the Hospice Aide plan of care
- Participate in QAPI activities.
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
