Service Advisor

Frank's Truck Center is looking for a Full Time TRUCK Service Advisor - come start an exciting career with us!

Frank’s Truck Center is an award-winning dealership serving GMC, Freightliner, Isuzu and Hino clients with high quality customer service.

We are fast paced customer driven dealership seeking a reliable, self motivated person with excellent communication skills to add to our exceptional Truck/Medium to Heavy Duty Service Department .

Some Job Responsibilities are:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage service orders
• Liaison between the customers and technicians
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues
• Recommend appropriate services and repairs based on customer needs
• Provide estimates for service costs and timelines
• Constant communication with customer over the phone and in person
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles
• Constant communication with technicians to ensure proper services and timely completion of repairs
• Opening repair orders and invoicing
• Closing repair orders and taking payments
• Vehicle parts and service knowledge

Required Experience - the ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years service advisor/writer experience in an auto or truck dealership
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Computer and organizational skills
• Invoicing and vehicle knowledge
• CDK Experience strongly preferred
• Experience with fleets a PLUS
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish a PLUS
• Technical school/training a PLUS
