A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 6+ software engineers while managing performance and hiring
Define technical architecture for financial data ingestion and integration with the accounting service
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and execute on the Accounting team roadmap
Required Qualifications
3+ years of engineering management experience leading full-stack product engineering teams
Experience making architectural decisions and measuring their impact over time
Strong sense of technical and product ownership, preferably with fintech / accounting or consumer-facing AI products experience
Comfortable driving discussions in ambiguous areas and prioritizing outcomes with empathy
Ability to work autonomously while seeking impactful opportunities
