Role Overview

As a Purchasing Manager , you'll lead all procurement and purchasing operations , ensuring materials are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively. You'll manage vendor relationships , negotiate contracts , and oversee budgeting for multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic sourcing and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and manage supplier performance.
  • Maintain accurate project budgets , material lists, and pricing.
  • Oversee construction purchasing systems (Mark Systems / ITK).
  • Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to ensure timely project starts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management , Business Administration , or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction procurement or purchasing .
  • Strong skills in vendor management , contract negotiation , and cost analysis .
  • Proficiency in Mark Systems / ITK purchasing software .
  • Excellent leadership , communication , and organizational abilities.
