Hourly Pay Range : $32.60 - $48.90 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Job Summary :

This Employee Relations Specialist serves as the center of expertise for Endeavor Human Resources policies, practices and procedures. The ER Specialist administers and assists management in the application of corporate policies and activities to ensure consistency. This position serves as an internal consultant to managers regarding complex employee relations matters, Endeavor policy interpretation and application, wage and hour compliance, FMLA, Harassment policy, Leave of Absence policies, and union avoidance strategies. Position will require travel between Endeavor entities.
