Senior Technical Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive cross-functional technology initiatives with a focus on SaaS integrations and ERP-related projects. This role is best suited for someone who doesn’t just manage projects but pushes them forward—bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to environments where process maturity is still developing. You’ll work closely with both business and technical teams, often helping stakeholders define what they need while guiding delivery across multiple workstreams.

Location : Remote, working Central or Eastern time zone hours

Compensation : $60–65 / hour

What You’ll Do :

Lead multiple projects involving SaaS integrations, ERP systems, MDM initiatives, and tax platforms (Vertex)

Drive coordination across ERP, integration, and business systems teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and dependencies

Apply a hybrid Agile / Waterfall approach depending on project requirements and stakeholder expectations

Use Jira and Confluence to manage deliverables, track progress, and maintain visibility with consistent reporting

Partner with business stakeholders to define needs, resolve issues, and shape processes in less mature environments

What Gets You the Job :

Proven ability to proactively lead and drive technology projects forward, not just manage status and tasks

Strong experience with Jira and Confluence as core project management tools

Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with hands-on experience in SaaS integration projects

Familiarity with ERP systems in enterprise environments (preferred but not required)

Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) programs is a strong plus

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders in fast-moving environments
