Full-Time | Competitive Salary Based on Experience

Pappa Gallo is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager with 6+ years of experience in full-service dining. You’ll lead both front and back of house operations in a fast-paced, guest-first establishment.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily FOH / BOH operations with a hands-on approach

Schedule, train, and mentor staff

Maintain top-tier guest service and smooth shift execution

Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

Ensure compliance with Nassau County DOH regulations

Support special events, promotions, and community outreach

Must-Have Qualifications :

6+ years in restaurant management

Proven leadership and team development track record

Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred)

Valid Nassau County Food Handler Certification (or willing to get certified)

TIPS certification a plus
