The Field CTO is responsible for formulating and leading our portfolio global strategy and execution. Success in this position will be measured by the creation of long-term stakeholders value through our execution roadmap.
The primary objectives include :
- Grow our Corporate Program with Global Fortune 2000 and develop a portfolio of startups to be presented to individual Fortune 500 clients, tailored to address specific business issues. Develop business cases as requested for GTM and thesis for future NPI, wrapped along a 360 degree execution ownership.
- Develop strategic alliance and exit strategies with our Startup Portfolio, and create GTM strategies, by collaborating and aligning incentives with our stakeholders and clients (Innovation Centers and CVC's).
- Nurture a deep relationship with top Venture Capital, Family Offices partners, Corporate Ventures and Top Universities Accelerators to drive quality pipelines from buy and sell sides of our portfolio offerings.
- Forge deep relationship with trade offices to drive global expansion from and to the US markets for growth stage startups
- Build an alpha team as you deliver on each business KPI's, while you delegate and motivate top performers
- Share innovations and insights with corporate executives, startup and investor via executive briefs and quarterly global events thought leadership sessions where you quickly become a trusted advisor within any of the five-industry focus “Enterprise, Consumer, Health, Energy, Industry 4.0”.
- Ready to hit the ground running to deliver world-class services and results to our notable client roster (some are affiliate with top brands, including Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Google, IBM, Apple, Airbus, BMW, Walmart, Amazon, etc).
- Flexibility to work both remotely, and from office to meet with customers as needed
Requirements :
An outstanding performer with years of experience at a top tier innovation team, management consulting firm, top universities licensing office, unicorn startup, venture capital, private equity firm or corporate development groupDemonstrated experience leading the GTM strategic alliance process for opportunities focused on technology spaces that align with corporate clients emerging tech focus for startups from growth to unicorn stage.The ideal candidate will have managed transactions that range in size and complexity from double digits to triple digits million USD; proven ability to drive start to finish (or know when to walk away from a deal)Expert-level knowledge of financial and deal modeling as well as quantitative analysisHighly motivated entrepreneur with strong ability to think strategically and direct others in solving complex business problems under pressure with excellent communication skills, including strong writing and the ability to create top-notch presentations and materials that provide business insight that is relevant and digestible to executive decision-makers.Proven ability to lead, recruit, retain and mentor high performing teams in matrix environmentAggressive yet regarded as ethical and fair in the industry. Compensation Package : at or above top tier investment firm, and include generous health benefits 'post probation period' with (Base, Bonus, Profit Sharing, and Equity). Expect 100%+ bonus based on performance.
Location : For Local only, who reside in or around MA, CT or NY Area with strong ties to Corporate Innovation Centers.
