Required Skills

• Mainframe Programming (IBM Mainframe, COBOL / CICS / DB2, Enterprise-level complex environments; design and maintenance. (5 years))
• JCL Programming, In an enterprise mainframe environment. (5 years)
• WV Drivers Enterprise Mainframe Database Analysis / Design, Due to system complexity; state / federal-level experience.(3 years)
• Computer Associates DB2 / IBM Tools (RC / Update, PRF), Full-time experience using these tools. (3 years)
• 3.5 Federal / State Legal Requirements for Commercial Driver Licensing, Working with WV-specific regulations.(1 year)
• AAMVA Applications Interface, Includes CDLIS, PDPS, Social Security Online Verification, Unified Network Interface, and State-to-State system knowledge.
