Your primary focus will be to enable partner success through strategic engagement, training, and certification programs, ensuring our partners are equipped to deliver exceptional value to their customers.

What you will do
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with SOTI's partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between SOTI and its partners specifically APAC based OEMs and ODMs, ensuring they are informed about product updates, pricing changes, campaigns, and more. Provide support through training, certification programs, and enablement resources to drive ongoing growth and capability development.
- Ensuring transparency and alignment on goals. Own our business relationships with our top strategic partners by managing their key senior contacts (Director+) to drive overall partnership strategy and mid to long-term vision.
- Identify, secure, and establish relationships with new business partners, while building, expanding, and maintaining strong networks within existing partners.
- Track and manage partner performance metrics, including : Pipeline Generation, Certification and Training Completion, Joint Customer Engagements and Sales Opportunities and Revenue Contribution by Partner Tier.
- Focus on ongoing external education (presentation, calls, and meetings) on the device management & security landscape and the value of the SOTI One platform.
- Identify product integration opportunities with Strategic Partners and engage internal product teams to validate the options that may help SOTI to gain a competitive edge in the market.
- Create GTM plans to enable the Sell to / through model within the partner sales ecosystem by enabling training and sales engagement.
- Align with the marketing team to drive marketing initiatives such as blogs, webinars, roundtable conferences, etc.
- Partner with sales, product, marketing, and other teams internal to SOTI on building and delivering on your GTM plan while regularly syncing with partners to ensure alignment.
- Manage revenue / License growth and forecasting to meet quota goals ensuring delivering against specific revenue opportunities & goals.
- Collaborate effectively with Account Managers, Inside Sales, and other stakeholders to drive a unified partner strategy.
- You will play a key leadership role on your team and the broader Business Development organization, responsible for embodying SOTI's cultural principles, driving team health and cohesion, and identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies.
- Regular onsite visits to partner locations across the region are required, along with regional travel. Additional travel to APAC headquarters and various events across APAC may also be necessary.
Experience you will bring
Minimum 10 years of experience in Software Sales, Enterprise Account Management, Channel Sales or technology.Minimum 3 years of experience managing direct relationships with top tech giants.University or College degree (preferably in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field).A demonstrated ability to drive strategy and alignment with Director+ level external contacts.Experience working with cross-functional teams internally and externally.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive mutual success.Proven ability to meet revenue goals and build partnerships based on joint value.Excellent communication and presentation skills to CXO level.Previous experience working with salesforce.Strong understanding of partner performance metrics, sales pipelines, and enablement strategies.A collaborative, results-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.Fluent English and Mandarin are required.About SOTI
