Your Opportunity To Join The Adventure

In our Americas Operations team, you will join a team of nine talented and welcoming colleagues. The team covers Southport and Houston, and you will be working out of our Houston office working closely with our chartering team there, operating product tankers while also interacting with your team in Southport daily. You will report to our Head of Operations Americas Joe Gaudiano and be responsible for seamless operation of voyages, engaging with charterers and owners to ensure customer satisfaction and continued best performance, as well as all other stakeholders ensuring any issues are resolved smoothly. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality work and supporting the team through expertise and collaboration. It's not a stepping stone into management, but a key position for someone who values being a strong cornerstone of a team.

• Solid background (2-3 years) within product tanker operations management
• An understanding that a great team effort and transparent communication lead to the best results collaborating effectively with your colleagues
• Maintaining productive partner relationships and efficient stakeholder management
• In-depth knowledge of tanker industry requirements including voyage charter terms, bills of lading. Vessel acceptability basis SIRE, regional industry standards
• Great voyage management skills with a focus on optimization of the bottom line and forward planning of bunkers and services
• Voyage management system experience (we use IMOS)

In addition, you have a customer and service focused approach to all aspects of the operational responsibilities. You have experience with multiple tanker segments, including tank cleaning procedures and other onboard ship management practices and relevant sailing experience is of course welcome. We expect that you are eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship or relocation.
