Manager, Data Governance (Cyber Risk & Analysis)

Data is fundamental to everything that we do at Capital One Software. Our Data Governance team, part of the Data & Analytics organization, is seeking a Manager, Cyber Risk and Analysis, to apply industry data governance best practices, risk management and analytical expertise to ensure the effective execution of data management operations and the successful delivery of data-related projects.
In this role, you will collaborate with data producers and consumers, technical teams, and risk advisors to lead and implement data management practices and risk solutions to ensure Capital One Software's continued stability and success. You view security and compliance as enablers and differentiators that drive business innovation. Your work with the business involves designing, implementing, and operating effective data controls that protect against threats, support business objectives, and facilitate growth, with a strong emphasis on leveraging public cloud services and modern software engineering.
As a Cyber Risk & Analysis Manager, you will partner with leaders and their teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, enhance processes and operations, and pursue automation opportunities. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Remote (Regardless of Location) : $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Cyber Risk & Analysis
McLean, VA : $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Cyber Risk & Analysis
Richmond, VA : $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Cyber Risk & Analysis
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
