Description
Hudson Automotive Group is searching for a highly qualified Telecom Analyst to oversee and optimize the organization's telecommunication systems, including traditional and AI-based platforms. The Telecom Analyst will ensure a seamless communication infrastructure by managing phone upgrades to a consolidated platform, optimizing ISP performance, and supporting general telephony requests.

Track record of leading and coordinating phone system upgrades and migrations to a unified, consolidated platform.Proven experience overseeing configuration, routing, and provisioning of telephony systems including faxing and paging technologies.Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, task and detail-orientedExcellent communication, troubleshooting, and vendor management skills.Must be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Qualifications :
