This is a rare opportunity to shape and build a comprehensive program from the ground up — with strong hospital support and the autonomy to influence equipment purchases, clinic structure, and service offerings.

About the Opportunity :

Currently, ENT services are provided part-time by a university-affiliated physician. The hospital now seeks a full-time Otolaryngologist to meet growing patient demand and expand access to ENT care in the region. You’ll have an opportunity to practice a broad range of cases and tailor the scope to your interests.

Position Details :

• Schedule : Monday–Friday, no weekends required
• Call : Negotiable
• Cases : General ENT, tracheostomies, thyroids, parathyroids, and related procedures
• Facilities : Well-equipped hospital with ENT instrumentation in place; additional equipment available based on your input and needs
• Patient Volume : To be determined based on your practice design and hospital growth
