Number of Beds - 30

Number of Staff –

Type of staff :

o   Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 4-5 RN 2-3 PCT

o   Night Shift – 4-5 RN 2-3 PCT

Patient Ratios –  Med Surg 6 : 1 occassionally 7 : 1 ICU (typically more step down than ICU patients) 4 : 1 Type of equipment -

EMR - Cerner

Must have :   candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

2 years Step Down / Progressive Care experience,

At least 1 travel assignment prior

ACLS, BLS, NIH

Preferred or nice to have :   candidates with these skills will be considered first.

ICU experience

Vents

A lines

Central lines

Dressing changes
